I think the switching stances back and forth on the deadlift. You will see good results from that!

Thanks tank! I like variation, i have training ADD

Now one more meal and then bedtime. Working alot this weekend so taking two days off the weights. Plan is to take a deload/recovery next week and also do alot of mobility work. After that, its back to the fun stuff with 1, 2s and 3s! PRs to come!
