Thanks bud, snatch and clean are coming along but need to work on my catch on moth of them - Grooved in to the bad habit of catching the bar with almost straight legs when weight get heavy.

And Im sorry that Im not as active on the forum and in everyones log at this time. Building a family while making a career and hiting my lifting goals with all what it takes of eating and resting enough etc.
