Thanks K, I do the heavy shrugs kind of sloppy or bouncy, and I dont reset on the pins between reps. Not really a farmer -yet, only amateur

Notes: Woke up feeling all beat up this morning. sore frim my calves to my trapz. Went to the gym early and did some stretching and power movements.

10 mins lowerbody stretching.
15 mins dynamic warmup.

Worked up to 1x100kg but shut it down with 110 in my hans since my hips and glute medius were not cooperating - no reason to muscle up heavy weight with bad form on the fast lifts.

Foodbreak now, in 1 hour RE Upper body!
