Strong pressing, Big Swede. And some good squats and deads as well... "sex-related strains" notwithstanding, heh. There are worse ways to go, just sayin'.

Getting some bloodflow in my back.

Supersets

V-Grip pulldown / WG pulldown
6x10 each

Cable row / machine row
6x10 each

Face pulls / reqr delt raises
6x10 each

Meadows shrugs
5xF

Abs, weighted 8x10

Took me 45 minutes. Slowly adding weight to the pulls.
