@tank - just did!

13/4 DE Upper

Comments: Pretty strong comeback after just 3 days recovery. I could clean and press without it bothering my glute, so i did. Took it pretty easy on the bench to not put to mych stress on the posterior from arching.

Woha, pretty satisfied with the last set. It was easy and no grinding.
