Squat accessory work, have not been box squatting in a year or so and it showed my weak spots instantly. Went light and found the right groove today, very wide stance and a solid paus on the box.

Abductor / adductor machine
2x20 each

Speed Box Squat
10xbar
5x50kg
5x70kg
5x80kg
5x90kg
8 sets of 5 with 100kg

OL Squat, 3s paus
5x70kg
5x90kg
8 sets of 5 with 100kg

Calves in leg press
5x20 w 250kg

Deadlift
5xbar
5x40kg
5x45kg
5x50kg

Training is a bit off right now, just doing what I feel like and trying some different stuff out, bad arm hurted alot after yesterdays press session so will take a step back and focus more on mobility the coming week.

Thanks guys! Mike - Ive been squatting 4 times a week lately but cut it down to 2 times a week now. Due to the tendon still healing I cant do any heavy back work and it started to show when squatting. Front squats will be my bread and butter to cure this the coming weeks.
