Thanks buddys! Plan is to do highrep sessions and more BB style work for a month or two, I want fo add some size and bodyweight. I also think the change will benefit strength.

I will miss the brutality of working in the 1-3 rep range, but iam gonna try to stick with this plan for once, program ADD or not
