Notes: Fun to be back playing with the events again! Made some big improvements and for a first session back after months only training in the gym, it went great!

Thanks guys. Jay its not mine, we have two private gyms together with all the equipment. We all pay a annual fee that goes to chalk, new equipment, service etc.
