One of my crew members was training with KB's hanging from a flexible pipe this weekend. He looked like he had tremors 10X worse than me while pressing. Not sure why he was doing that, but since you also did something very similar, it must be good!

I never let it develope scar tissue, I always start to work it alot the day after (If I can move it, I can train it).

I use it on occasion, it works the hell out of the whole shoulder girdle and also the back and core since the bar is moving all over the place. I did not have a flexible bar though so did not get the full version =)
