Hope your joints feel better soon man! If you find somewhere to purchase new elbows send me the link my right one occasionally feels like there is glass in there lately. I am in need to a rest after my comp.

Notes: Quick back session, rehab style.

Deadlift
Worked my way up to 220kgx2. Felt heavy and hips were all over the place so settled for that.

Halting deadlift
8/8/8x150kg 3s paus


DB Row w paus at top10x40kg, 10x60kg
Lat pulldown - 3x15
T-Bar Row 3x15

Just a quickie. Got some joint support sup (Remed X from BMR) and will run it together with ibuprofen for the next 3 weeks. Next week will be devoted to isolation exercises together with cardio; concept II, sprints etc to give my body a break before real injury occur.
