Thanks skids. I sure do, expecially if I dont pay constant attention to food intake and rest. I only have a couple of hours of class this weeks so I got more time to train, when I get back to full time I will cut down on the volume alot!

Taking today off to eat and rest, very sore and joints are feeling beat up.

Nice presses! I think your form is fine, with the lean you actually press straighter I have found. I feel it in my back sometimes too, so now I just wear a belt whenever I go above 85% or so.

Interesting insight into eating and rest. I am really finding recovery is more and more important as I go along.

Good stuff Swede! Super Strong as always.
