Olympic style Squat
23x100kg -PB
*No direct legwork in over a month except for events. I will get sore as fuck, quads are cramping up allready haha

Bench press
8/8/8x100kg
WG, FU, paused 8/8/8x70kg

BHN Push Press
3/3/3x100kg

Altrnating standing db press 10/10/10
Cable curls 3x20
Calfes 10-15 sets
Powersnatches, some cleans and chins

What ever you do, you do it big. Crazy squating. My legs hurt and my lungs burn just reading about it. Very strong push press.

I hate curls but they build my press so need to get em done. Plan was to do 5x20 but I bailed after 3rd set =)) Thanks man!
