Awesome videos. Really like the banded DL. I have recently incorporated those back into my training. Very beneficial.

Notes: Sucked today, my head was not in the game and my whole back is weak and tired. R&R the next weeks before the comp!

Speed Deadlift
Beltless, dbl overhand grip on a bar with no knurling.
5 x 1 with 180kg

Farmers Pick (low, handles same height as a bar for deadlifts)
2x96kg each hand
2x106kg each hand
2x116kg each hand
1x136kg each hand
*Back were achy so did not push higher.

Farmers Walk
20m
120kg each hand

Loading
100kg sack to 1.70m platform x some
120kg stone to 1.30 x some

Rolling thunder up to 75kg l+r
