Thanks Jay!

Note: The decreased training frequency is really paying off. Im getting faster, stronger and also gaining more weight (not nessesarely a good thing) than I have in years. Im currently training 1-2 or max 3 times a week. Bodyweight is slightly above 110kg witch is not that much since im 6'4 (193cm) and Im stilly pretty lean.

Got a crazy idea to keep on training this way until about march next year, I will probably be around 115-120kg If I continue to eat the way I do. And in march start to diet down and compete in nationals -105kg with the goal of qualifing for worlds. I will come in strong and lean as fuck haha! I decide when its time =)
