Very sore in my hamstings, lower back and lats since I had alot of cramps pressing yesterday. Need to find a good electrolyte supplement to drink during training since I lose ALOT of fluid from sweating, I can easily drink a gallon of water during training and still lose a couple of kg's of waterweight.

I've gotta get salt tablets or something, man. I'm right there with you on top of sweating like crazy at work and, as it is Summer in the Deep South, just from stepping outside and driving my truck with No AC.

Thanks guys, tried kalcium+magnesium in high doses together with mineral water and am feeling better.

Notes: Chin splints so did not do much moving events if any today. Crushed PR's and did it like a boss. Today was good and im moving fast. Stone loading is improving and my calves did not cramp up today! Working them are paying of already.
