Counting down the days til im competing and going to train real hard for two weeks now, the 3rd being a rest week.

Events are

1, Deadlift for max weight. Entry weight 290kg, then 310,325,335kg.
2, Farmers Walk - 20m with 153kg each hand, only allowed one drop.
3, Press-medly - A 80kg rock, 120kg Barbell, 130kg Log and 155kg Apollon
4, Yoke - 420kg 20m, only allowed to put it down once.
5, Atlas Stone - Reps with either 170kg Stone to 140cm or 200kg stone to 125cm

This is far to heavy for me, It will be fun nevertheless and I will give it my all haha!
