Notes: Got the shin splints from hell so cant walk or run very fast, plan was not to move with weight but do more static training but I got carried away on the farmers. Slow moving thoug =) Still put up a great session today. My back is getting stronger each day.

This was my last heavy deadlift session until my competition the 20/7.
The two first events will be
1, low farmers with 153.5kg each hand. I pulled 141kg of the ground today for a PB and that was after deadlifts. I can do 153.5 while fresh.
2, Deadlift for max weight. Entry weight is 290kg. This is 40kg above my current PB and I have set my mind on pulling that in 3 weeks. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Deadlift
Dbl blue band
3x60kg
5x120kg
5x160kg
5x190kg
Belt on
1x220kg -PB w band tension
1x230kg -PB w band tension
Removed band
1x250kg -Lightning fast! This is my default 1rm on the deadlift. Oh yeah, it was LIGHT in my hands!
0x270kg - So damn close!! Had it over my knees but could not really lock out.
Most I pulled of the floor ever so things are moving in the right direction!

Low Farmers Walk

96kg each hand
106kg
116kg
136kg -ties PB
Pick up and hold
141kg - PB
Pick +30s hold on last

Great way to accomplish your goals.. Register for events for weights youve never done lol ill have to try that soon

Ice and gentle massage alternating used to help me on shin splints, but those are a beast to deal with and everyone is different. Just mentioning it as something to try.

Awesome stuff Swede! My money is on your back any day of the week, twice on Sunday.

Good grief, look at all that. Crushing weights like they're just not there.

Might've got 260+ by the sounds of it. 270 next time, maybe?
