Thanks guys, not that big a deal really. Placing a heavy bar on a certain spot on the throat area can cause one to black out very quickly and thats what happend.

Notes: Another great session. Trying not to punish my lower back to much since it has been very sore every day when I wake up the last week, strength is still there though but some recovery time is needed. Today was all about speed, moving 280kg on my shoulders for 20m barely gets me out of breath nowdays so I feel that im in very good shape. Things can always improve though =)
