Thank you my friends! I will do a light squat/push/pull session tonight to get a feel for things. Then power-resting rest of the week to be fresh for competibg saturday :-)

Notes: Felt good today. Did not went balls out but worked the whole body to get a feel for things. Back is cramping easily nowdays but I can handle it and It dont effect my performance, hips, knees, elbows feeling 100% but wrists are beat up for some reason. Luckily its only one press at the competition. Now I just need to get my mind in the game and from this morning I have stopped thinking about it. This helps since It keeps me calm and focused. Very tired but iam going to catch up on sleep from today and the rest of the week. Also bumping calories up to 8000 a day to stay full and charged.

1x160kg - PB without a belt
belt and lose wraps

1x180kg - Felt like 90kg on my back, very east. This is close to 1RM on the squat but I had alot more in the tank, did not push it.
