Thanks Tann. I have been pressing alot lately and had great progress overhead. On the first try at 120 I got distracted while walking the weight out and my chest collapsed just a bit but enough to fail. 2nd try I got very tight and it flew up

Notes: Took 3 days off the weights to go and do alot of work out by our land. We got apx 5000 square metres of terrain were we keep the horses and I cleared most of the area of debree, logs, branches etc. Feeling more sore and beat up now than ever after 3 days of "rest" =)) Minor annoying injuries including a swolen ankle, pulled upper back muscle and alot of cuts and bruises. Well hell there is no excuses and I still put up a kick ass session today, went light on the accessory work to get some bloodflow in my sore shoulders.

Log lift
Clean once and press for reps
5x80kg
5x100kg
5x110kg - PB
1x110kg - Failed at 2nd, completely drained after the pb 5.
All reps from ground
5/5x80kg

Inc DB Press
26kg 15/12/10/10

CGBP, paus
5x60kg
5/5/5x100kg

Preacher Curl - 4x10-20
Hammer Curl - 4x10
Rope Curl - 3xF
Triceps Pushdown - 70/30/15/15 reps.

Guns were jacked and tanned at this point.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. Ill make sure to check up on your training logs tomorrow morning with more time at my hand!

For some reason my ankle is swollen and aching alot. Tried to squat today but it was a no go, balance was not there and hurted alot so gave it in afer a couple of sets of powerclean / frontsquats.

I sure hope this mess heals up fast since I plan on go balls to the walls on the farmers walk come saturday =)

Speed pulls and back training tomorrow and it will be a good time. Beast mode!

Sweden have a very high standard on education, everyone studies english for 6 years in school. That together with an interest for reading books and also programminf computers at an early age is the reason. Nowdays I dont speak english much if any so unfortunaly its not as good as it were
