Notes: 1 month to competition today and Im in great shape. Pulled a pr today again. Next week will be a lighter deadlift week to prep for 2 weeks of heavy ass tripples. Fucking great training today. Strong back makes a strong man.

Deadlift of blocks (bar set at 30cm of floor)
3x70kg
3x120kg
3x170kg
Strapped up and put on my thin belt (5x70mm).

3x240kg
1x260kg -PB, 2nd rep failed. Did not reset properly and bar got out front. Lesson learned.
0x280kg -glued to the ground.
