Notes: Baby steps but still good progress. Hip is still tight and hurting below paralell, not that bad pain so pushed through. Possible pb 5 on fronties but really dont remember. Pb beltless on both 120 and 130 sets.

Front Squat
5xbar
5x70kg

*Clean grip, beltless and "divebomber" style.

Amazing fronties swede - pb or not. Almost a 3PPS front squat is huge!

I also tend to divebomb them cuz it means less time to hold onto the bar.
