Today is deadlift day. 2 more weeks of explosive pulling and then back to heavy bar weight. Looking forward to it.

Plan today is to put 140-150kg on the bar together with bands and do 10-15 fast 2's or 3's.

Those lat pulldowns really stand out to me. Seated rows are an exercise I miss doing as it is a quality exercise. Almost a 500 lb pull with decent speed is a pretty good days work. Well done Swede!
