I would absolutely love to do some strongman training. I even have a nephew that competes. But, unfortunately I have a seriously screwed up back and I just count myself lucky that I can selectively squat and deadlift with slow steady progression most of the time. I just have to be realistic and take the gains much, much slower than most people. Doing those movement events would cripple me in the first day.

I had planned to dobox squats followed by a 20 rep goal over 3 sets with hb squats but could not find a box or appropriate bench in the new gym. It will have to wait until rest of the equipment arrives.
