Are you doing any form of cardio or just watching your intake to stay that lean? I guess there is a cardio aspect to strong man but it hasn't really been cutting it for me. . . Maybe it's because I forgot to plank with my woman on my back...

I do the cardio that life throws in my way, walking the kids to daycare and walking w the dogs but apart from that not much. Doing 1:30 sprints on the concept II rower as a warmup before lifting and an occasional barbell complex. Im 6.4 and built like a straw so weightgain is a struggle but on the other hand I dont put on much junk
