Notes: Deadlifts were strong and fast up to 240kg, failed at 250 DAMN MY EYES for weakness!!! The road to nowhere is paved by excuses, so I wont make any :-)

Concept II - 3:00 pushing it hard, pulse up to 178 after this. Still feeling the cold.

Next time wear a blindfold!

Besides the awesome deadlift bar my crew has, using their metric plates is a bonus because it looks like less weight.

Still, 530 lbs is one ginormous pull, but of course, 550 has a better ring to it. Next time, buddy, next time!!
