Paused Squat, 7ct
5 sets of 3 w 87.5kg

Split squat - 2x10 w 40kg
Leg extension - 5x20 w 40kg
OH Squat - 6x5 w bar

Better eat alot now -Wrestling in 5h My sparring partner is competing for sweden in the European Championships in the HW class in a little over a month, and its a true but painfull honour to train with him.
