2/2 DE Lowebody

Comments: After the speedwork a buddy joined me and he wanted some deadlift tips. My assistance work today turned out to be.... deadlifts.

Good smashing, no recordbreaking stuff but nice to handle some weight from the floor. Also worked on my grip by using a dbl overhand grip on most of the work.

Speed Squats v/s dbl blue bands
2x5xbar
2x2x30kg+BT
2x45kg+BT
2x55kg+BT
2x65kg+BT

8x2x70kg+BT -30-40s rest.

Deadlifts
5x70kg
5x110kg
5x150kg
3x170kg
1x200kg -mixed grip
1x200kg -mixed grip

*200kg's was like picking up the newspaper, very fast and light. Still a lil sore in the lowerback (I could feel the 170kg set) so going slow...



Halting deadlift, 1s paus
5x150kg
5x150kg
5x150kg

*All using a dbl overhand grip


Thats is. Now time for beef, milk, cheese and girfriend cardio. Then sleep. SFW!!
