6/1 - Leg day


Notes Damn busy yesterday with family matters so did not have time to train. Worked the door until 2:30 and then slept on a sofa that was to short for 3-4 hours and put my alarm on 7:45 to be able to train before my other job starts at 12.

Today was good. There is no excuses for bein weak and not dominating the weights and life. Sleep when youre dead!!!
