13/12 - Wrestling


Notes: Awesome!! Iam weak as shit compared to these guys. Real fucking humbling today and had a great time, back next week for more!!

Btw, having a 550lbs deadlift dont help much when your trying to pick up 250lbs of human.

15/12 - Legs

Notes: Sore from wrestling so it felt good to get some bloodflow in them wheels! Still not recovered but I get a liiiiittle bit better every day and its progressing in the right direction. Recovery is also lagging due to that all 4kids have been sick for about a month now, stomac bugs etc. This makes sleep a luxury and I consider it a big win to get 6h, if ever:-))

Good and intense training today and I have managed to keave the ego at home and not be bothered by going light.

Also Iam starting my new job as a bouncer tonight and it will be interesting.

*30-45s rest between all sets.
Concept II Rower - 5:00
Leg Press 120kg - 15,15,15
Leg Extension 50kg - 15,15,15
Hack Squat on toes 50kg - 15,15,15
Seated Leg Curl 40kg - 15,15,15
Elevated SLDLs 50kg - 15,15,15
Seated Calves 40kg - 15,15,15
Standing Calves 100kg - 15,15,15
Alot of pinch grip work including a small PB - 4 rubbercoated 5kg plates pinched n held w each hand.
