27/2 Squat day

Comments: Still not 100% recovered. Did some good work today anyway but it was hard! Got a crazy quadpump on the legpress / sizzy squat finisher. Good times!

*Form is still coming along fine on the squat. Gripping the bar almost on the soft part in the middle now and getting alot of tension in the upper back, even if its a bit hard on the elbows.
