Got me 3 days of doing no training or exercise and I feel lazy and skinny-fat.

That feeling is a great motivator and tomorrow I will squat and press.

27/11 - Squat and Press

Notes: Squats SUCKED today. Knees were all over the place and 140kg was heavy on my back (!). Did my 5x3+ on them and the last set things started to groove in. Other stuff was ok and a good session all in all.
