I like how you work the concept rower in, I've got one also and was wondering how to work it in. So you do 3sets for 2 minutes full out?

This was actually the first time in years I used it! I did 2 rounds of 3 mins and worked pretty hard and explosive. Adding in some conditioning like this now since I compete next weekend. A lil late but never to late =))

Notes: Felt strong on the fs so nailed a pb. Shoulders are not 100% so did reps with 90kg on the PP. Positive thing is that it was lighter, faster and more stable handling this weight.
