14/11 - Deadlifts and rows


Notes: My right hip were tight and I did not manage to loosen it up for pulls today. My goal was to do 500lbs for reps but since my lowerback had to take over alot of tension from the bad hip, I settled with some singles at that weight. Form felt very ugly and bad today. Well well. Had a great session and incorporated some Super Secret Assistance Work FTW.

ss with hamstring curls 3x20

Deadlift
1/1/1x227.5kg

Powerclean
2x90kg, 1x100kg - Hips was funky so did not go heavy.

Pendlay Row, super strict and very explosive
