Notes: Not as strong as I wanted to be today (160kg for 1s) but still strong.

Im used to squat that way so they were good! Lower back flared up some at the end of the 20 repper though.

I did the sets with 3-4 breaths between reps. On highrep squats I find that the things that limit me is my shoulders and lower back, shoulders are killing me after 6-8 reps from just gripping the bar!

Guess I will do alot more highrep sets to cure this bitching =)

Outdoor strongman in Scandanavian winter, madness
At least the chill will make you want to work up a sweat. Awesome squatting, 10 reppers followed by a 20 rep set of doom is fantastic.
