26/10 - Squat day


Notes: Very good training today! Not been squatting or doing any direct legwork for 3 weeks to heal up after physio. Turns out he did a great job, form was much smoother and more stable from first rep today, my whole posterior worked together and managed to keep upright on all reps and that was my struggle after the knjury. very pleased w this!

Did alot of volume working up in weight to see how things was working.

Bw at trainkng was 103.8kg. 6.2 to go before xmas:-)
