I don't think you would be lazy if you trained 2 days a week Swede. You'd probably still out-train us.

1/10 - Squats and Events

Notes: Back is better but still not good. Deloaded the squat and did some awesome work in the yoke and farmers. Felt really good. Ended it off with a medly that had me throw up.

rack were busy so powercleaned/pressed the bar into position on the first two sets..
