2/9 - Arms and Chesticles

Notes: 2 off my buddys hit 200kg raw benches, one at95kg bw (!), I did my light sets and moved on

Bench Press - 2x8, 3x5
DB Press - 6, 8, 10

Thanks Al, they are strong. The one at 95kg is also just 5 weeks out to nationals in bb and looks like a roadmap. Beast.
