30/7 Mini session

Notes: Got home late last night from travelling, worked the full day and went straight to the horses for 3h farmGPP. Was pretty tired from today but had to hit the weight and show that Iam awesome. lots off aches and pains from 3 days vacation, no-activity does this to me and it will go away fast.

Whole session took 50mins, pretty intense and farmers beat my palma up pretty good! Need to file down my calouses.



Training with the boys tomorrow and it will be brutal.
