Notes: Smashed weights. Bench still suck and my left shoulder is very weak compared to the right. Need to figure this out since I can notice it on OHPs too. Still did some good work today. Husafell stone sprints were brutal. Stone was not that heavy but very hard to grip and had some sharp edges on it. Love it.

*First time doing this and it was great! Set my lats on fire and got a superpump witch is hard for me to achieve on BB rows since my trapz tend to take over from the lats. Definitely a keeper!

Husafell Stone sprint
6 runs of 20m with a stone weighing 60-70kg (apx)
*First time doing this and It rocked. Painfull and hard to pick the stone up. Love it!
