Notes: I need to do more conditioning. Someone asked me how many times I could deadlift 225, so I tried and I was absolutely gassed at 14. I had the strength for more but not the endurance.

For strength endurance, try doing super sets for example you do a set of dead lifts then a set of burpees then go straight to Deads again
