Notes: I planned a monster session of max reps pressing, tire flips, max reps deadlifts, and ab wheel but I had to quit after my first warm-up set on the deadlifts due to dizziness and nausea. My daughter is down today with a 100 degree temp & sore throat... but I took my temp and I am running a low temp. So, I have no idea WTF is going on. All I know is that if I kept lifting, I was gonna fall out. Hopefully it's nothing serious, my piss is clear so I'm not dehydrated... I'm sipping some powerade for some electrolytes though. Maybe the heat, it is 76 degrees outside right now and probably hotter then that in my garage even with the door open.

Clean, then press for reps & 200 lb. tire flips - 60 seconds rest

I've become too complacent and have been using my music as an excuse not to train. This ends tonight, since Mondays & Tuesdays are available for training sessions at work, and I have the time on Saturdays I have developed a plan to work out on those 3 days. Mon-Bench & upper assistance work, Tues-Squats & lower assistance work, Saturday-OH Press & Deadlift plus any strong man things I can do. No more laziness!
