Default 6/4/13 - Squats & Stuff

Grade: A++
Notes: I decided that after my squats I would take this advice:

and do everything standing and from the floor and it was uncomfortable. Every set this way begins with a deadlift and you have to support it through the set, so I could only handle rows and shrugs and my posterior chain was wrecked! This is how I need to train on everything from now on.

Time: ~60 minutes

Squats - up to 60 seconds rest
135*10
225*10
315*8
405*5
425*5
455*5

Front Squat sat. set
135*10

Bent-over Rows - 30 seconds rest
95*10
115*10
135*8
185*5
205*3

BB Shrugs - minimal rest
225*10
275*10
295*10

Been a while since I checked in here. I'd forgotten what a monster squatter you are.

Incredible!

Default 6/10-11/13 - Cardio

Grade: A+
Notes: I consider landscaping to be the best cardio.
Time: 2 days.

6/10: Moving rocks
I helped my dad lay down about 7 tons of rock on 100 degree (F) heat.

6/11: Chopping down trees
I chopped down some unwanted trees in my yard using only hand saws and hatchets! This time in 93 degree heat.
