Notes: I tried the same kind of volume tonight as I did Thursday and it was even more brutal. I had spasms in my back and triceps after this.

It's a complex consisting of a clean, front squat, OH press, back squat & BTN press per rep.

It's about the only worthwhile thing to come from the crossfit movement in my opinion.
