Notes: Tough session. Quads, shoulders, and abs are destroyed!!! Also, I invented a method for simulating a viking press by using the OHP machine facing aparatus.
Time: 45 minutes
Squats & Cable Crunches - 30 seconds rest
135*10 & 150*25
225*8 & 160*25
315*5 & 170*20
405*2 & 180*20
455*2 & 190*20
475*2 & 200*15

"Viking Press" & Rear Delt Machine - 30 seconds rest
100*10 & 60*10
130*5 & 70*10
150*5 & 80*10

Viking Press singles, adding weight each rep with no rest (ala WSM)
