Notes: Couldn't get a sitter to go to the gym, so I did another gymless. Went up 2 reps per set, did each set during the commercial breaks in an episode of Star Trek (TOS).

Doing this during a TV show like that makes it so I'm about back to normal when it's time to start a new set, so it's pretty intense.
