Notes: I really wanted to be much more voluminous on my pulls, but the energy just wasn't there. It seemed weights that I should have easily done 5+ on I could barely eek out 3. Assistance work was good today though. Also, I'm not sure what's different about Carson's cable machine but I can use 100 lbs less than Schriever's and it feels the same.

Rack Pulls (just below the knees) - up to 90 seconds rest
