Default Lame week 6/10-6/16

Not sure what kind of training will happen this week. I have a garage sale Saturday that I will be prepping for. Also, I've had some spasms in my back and forearms so it may be good to have a small break then go really heavy for a couple weeks to do final preps for Lift the Rockies.

Notes: After a day of filling a bagster with shit and sortting other shit by price for my garage sale, I just had to blow off some steam so I trained. Also, I had a free sample of D-stunner pre-workout to try. Great session, I'm still failing to clean 175 w/fat gripz, but the failure was much higher off the ground today so that is progress! I also got to pull my Honda Pilot, which is much closer in weight to the contest Land Rover than my dad's pickup, and I did 60 feet in ~20 seconds, after all the other training so I am very confident about that event. All in all great session!

Clean & Pressw/fat rgipz (axle emulation) - up to 1 minute rest

I have 2 15' tow straps that hook to the frame in the back (no hook in the front) and I put one on each shoulder, get as low as I can and move my ass.

Notes: Ups & downs: finally got the contest weight up for the axle, "rope yoke" was a complete failure, found a natural stone so I trained that, and finally deadlift was "meh" and I couldn't find anyone to sit in my truck while I pulled it. Overall though, I think the contest will go fine.
