Emeka... Thanks so much! was reading your log the other day and looking at your pics... you look great! Big improvements at every competition!

Here is a recap of yesterday's shoulder workout. It was after a 14 hr work day so it was rough but I got it in as much as I could!

Shoulders

Seated Smith Machine Behind the Neck Press
1 warm up set for 20 reps (95lbs)
3 sets of 10-15 reps (125, 135, 145lbs)
2 sets of 20 reps (95, 95lbs)

Rear Delts on Pec Deck
3 sets of 15-20 reps (100, 115, 130)

Single Arm Cable Lateral Raises
3 sets of 10-15 reps (10, 10, 12.5lbs)
1 drop set for max reps (12.5 to 10 to 7.5 to 5lbs)

Cable BB Front Raise
3 sets of 10-12 reps (42.5, 50, 57.5lbs)
superset with
Cable BB Upright Row
3 sets of 12-15 reps (50, 57.5, 65lbs)

Didn't get to do my cardio because I was just literally run down yesterday. Cooking like 4lbs of chicken as I'm typing this and then heading back to the gym to get my back day on and a little cardio!!!

Emeka, I'm competing in 11 weeks on May 6th!

Honeycutt, last competition I weighed in at 145lbs... I'm at a stubborn 162lbs... Having a hard time getting the number down but looking better every day.
Strength gains have been ridiculous too!

Bendthebar, TitanCT does some nice work right? I had a freakin blast owkring with him! Wait until you see the leg day I just did...
