Thanks guys! Didn't get a chance to post my back workout from yesterday so here it is...

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
2 warm up sets of 15 reps (80, 80lbs)
3 sets of 15 reps (120, 140, 160lbs)

Close Grip Seated Row
4 sets 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps (140, 160, 180, 200lbs)

Dead stop DB rows
3 sets of 15 reps (70, 70, 70lbs)

DB Pullover
3 sets of 12 reps (40, 45, 50lbs)


Now todays arm day was ridiculous!!! Met up with TitanCT again and blasted them! Check it out!

EZ Bar Curls
2 warm up sets of 15 reps (30, 30lbs)
3 sets of 1.5 for 8 reps (40, 40, 40lbs)

DB Hammer Curl on Preacher
3 sets of 12 reps (17.5, 17.5, 17.5lbs)

EZ Bar Preacher Curl
3 sets of 8 reps (50, 50, 50lbs)
superset with
EZ Bar Reverse Curl
3 sets of 12 reps (50, 50, 50lbs)

EZ Bar Close Grip Bench Press
2 warm up sets of 10 reps (50, 50)
3 sets of 8 reps (70, 70, 70lbs)
superset with
Rope Pushdown with 3 sec pause at bottom
3 sets of 6 reps (42.5, 42.5, 42.5lbs)

Seated Dip Machine with 2 second pause at bottom
2 sets of 8 reps (150, 180lbs)

DB Lying Extensions
2 sets of 10 reps (20, 20lbs)

Completely toasted at this point. So much blood pumped into my arms I could barely move them so what did we do... CALVES

Calf raises on leg press
3 sets for 60 seconds

BRUTAL!!!!! Loved every second of it!!!!

Chest day today!

Started off with...

BB Incline Bench Press
2 warm up sets of 10 reps (95)
5 sets 8-15 reps (115, 135, 155, 175, 135lbs)

DB Flat Bench Press
4 sets of 10-12 reps (60, 60, 65, 65lbs)

Lo to Hi Cable Crossovers
3 sets of 10-15 reps (20, 25, 30lbs)

Hi to Lo Cable Crossovers
3 sets of 8-10 reps (25, 30, 35lbs)

DB Flat Bench Flyes
2 sets of 8-12 reps (20, 30lbs)
superset with
Wide Grip Pushups
2 sets to failure (20, 15)

I was toasted by the time I got to the superset at the end. Was just trying to rep out whatever I had left! Been trying to hit higher rep ranges with heavier weights... getting it in as much as possible until I start getting so depleted that it's close to impossible!

Finished off the session with 30 mins on the Stepmill... Hate it but Love it at the same time. Doing Legs tomorrow AM with Mick... wish me luck I'm probably going to need it!!!!

Just got home from THE hardest leg day yet...

Started off like a normal day...

Lying Leg Curls
1 warm up set for 20 reps (40lbs)
4 sets for 15-20 reps (60, 70, 80, 90lbs)
superset with
BB Stiff Leg Deadlift
4 sets for 12-15 reps (95, 145, 165, 185lbs)

Single Leg box step downs
3 sets for 12 reps each leg (15, 15, 15, 15lbs)

And now the work began...

BB Squats
5 sets for 10-15 reps (135, 185, 225, 245, 275lbs)
superset with
Leg Extension with 2 second pause on top
5 sets for 15-20 reps (20, 40, 40, 50, 60lbs)

Awesome!!! Best pump I've felt in awhile. Last week I was the most sore but this might put me past that. We shall see tomorrow!

Heading to the gym at 2:30 to do my cardio for the day and abs! We decided to bump up the cardio to 40 mins 6 times a week and we are also cutting 200 cals a day... need to start getting some of this weight off! Weighed in at 164lbs this morning. Feeling big and thick which is good but starting the road to shreddedness!
